Had two mini fish specials today. Fish was cooked fresh, when we got it home it was barely cooked and the batter was all mushy and horrid. The chips tasted awful like they've been cooked 3 times or been sat in the scuttle for 3 hours, such a shame it used to be a good chippy we only live 3 minutes away so handy for us. Definitely won't be going back again. You can't serve rubbish and expect people to return, I think you need to have a serious look at what you're cooking and the way you're cooking it. It's always daytimes we visit. Maybe it's because there's not a lot of customers which may account for the bad chips but the fish was cooked fresh so no excuses for that. 🤔☹️

Go in normally when down with my caravan, food has always been spot on and the chips are the best on the area!! Definitely recommend

Refried YET STILL COLD yesterday's chips. Undercooked and cold sausage. A saveloy that was leathery on the outside, squishy in tbe middle, and a piece of fish that was like a fish finger wrapped in a battered old slipper. Bad bad bad

Kabab meat not cooked,chips absolutely disgusting greasy .no one knows how to do anything nice around here only West Midlands nows how’s to cook nice chips , blackcountry food rules

Fast and friendly service for good quality fish and chips, always get some from here on a Saturday night when visiting the town.
