Jacobs Steel recently handled the sale of my Father in law's bungalow in Worthing.  We were all so impressed at the level of commitment and professionalism from Jo and her colleagues.  Jo went above and beyond what we expected and went out of her way to help my nearly 90 year old Father in law sell his property and sell some of his furniture so that he could move to be nearer to his family.  Communication was excellent throughout and as a family we would highly recommend Jo and her team at Jacobs Steel - many many thanks to you all!

Having lived in our house for over 40 yrs we decided it was finally the right time to move which made us feel like first time buyers. Jacobs Steel however made us feel as though we were their most important & only customers especially Jo who gave 110% service; chasing solicitors for all parties; speaking to buyers & vendors on our behalf, she kept us fully informed. Lauren too has been wonderful not only for arranging viewings but taking over whenever Jo wasn't around. The entire office is so positive and cheerful, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and we can highly recommend them for giving a first class service.

My wife and I have been looking in the area for a property for sometime now as we are relocating from Hertfordshire.  Jacob Steel have been prompt in advising us when suitable properties come onto their books and we have been down for some combined viewings.  Communication has always been good and appointments made to suit our schedules for the day.  On the last occasion, Lauren was our host for 3 properties and was an excellent rep. for her employers.  Well informed about the properties and generally upbeat and positive.  Great interpersonal skills and good company........

We're so happy with our new home.  Jo worked really hard to secure it for us, and acted with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout.  Communication was first rate, which is really important when you're unfamiliar with the process of buying a house.  I'd highly recommend Jacobs Steele

We recently contacted Jo and Lauren for a valuation on our property. Our first impression was how helpful they both were and we duly arranged for Jo to visit us. Her valuation was realistic and she advised us to view properties to ascertain if moving was an option. Both Jo and Lauren gave exceptional customer service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you girls!
