Amateur standard performance from Jackson Boyd, long delays between communication, unclear trainee's handling cases when they are incompetent, end result a loss of an important case due to negligent inefficient apparent solicitor - D McLeod. Unhappy client, never again would I utilize the so called services of Jackson Boyd. I did speak to a partner at the start after the initial issues who smoothed over his staff's errors however this doesn't substitute the losses incurred by myself due to nervous incapable staff.

Would highly recommend these solicitors. They are dedicated and reliable. Mr Berry was there for me during a very difficult time in my life and definitely lessened the stress of a tough situation.
