called in on Saturday 19/5/2018,and asked could i borrow an allen key for a rattling bottle cage while out on a 60 mile ride,guy at the shop could not have been any more friendly and advised me on saddle and stem height which he corrected for me,to which my ride was a lot more comfortable.would definitely call in again,good friendly service.

I did previously give this shop 5 stars, regularly used for repairs for years. Until I had a spoke replaced and Hub tightened....quick job cost £20!!!! I expect this price from a national chain with no local affiliation often with the initials EC.... Won't be using again! Be warned shame as previously well priced and local

Took my 3 speed Puch bike here to be fixed. I was given a free quick fix to try which was great, but unfortunately not enough, so we moved to replacing the rear wheel. I was expecting to have to pay more than my bike was worth, but actually the prices for parts and labour were really competitive. There was also a problem with replacing my cotter pins that had come stuck but fortunately these were sorted - and at no extra charge. Amazing service, keep up the great work!!

Myself and my Dad decided to do a lengthy bike ride for charity requiring a lot of training, buying appropriate bikes, and tailoring their set up to suit our needs. We had an intermediate knowledge of bikes but not enough. Over a period of many months, Barry and the team at Jack Parker Cycles offered fantastic levels of technical support and advice. We dropped in many times with questions and they were always as helpful as possible, highly knowledgeable, and were happy to patiently explain the mechanics of the bikes to us. They recommend suitable parts which would help us out, as well as carrying out any practical work we needed. One of the friendliest and most honest bike shops I’ve ever been to, I would thoroughly recommend.
