I  went to see Matt to have a bike fitting done at the tune of £75 what a service I was told previously by other stores this wasn't required and I can say now after seeing matt its one service I would advise anyone who is new to road cycling to do for sure. Overall the service was great and this also includes a second visit if required and possibly a 3rd for any niggles. The shop staff are very helpful and Friendly and I was also advised they have a cycling club to which I have also joined. After having my bike fit I have completed a number of rides and I must say I am more confident and more at ease with my bike its fit and the performance my average MPH has also increased great service great shop great advice

Travelled from Coventry after ordering Focus Izalco Chrono TT bike, The 220 mile round trip was well worth the effort, expert bike fit by Matt included in price, nothing was to much trouble, Matt & the rest of the staff are very friendly, helpful & genuine, I would highly recommend The Bicycle Lounge to anyone.

Okay, but they seem to often suggest a replacement rather than having the necessary part/advice for a fix, more suited to high budget cyclists

1st time I've used these lovely people and I wasn't disappointed! 
Ordered some new gear online and it all arrived perfectly as quickly.
No hassle, highly recommend the Bicycle Lounge! 5 starts all day - BE LUCKY!!

My son purchased a new bike from here and had a bike fit. They also carried out a bike fit for his Trek and have repaired and maintained various other bikes we own. They are always friendly efficient and a fair price. Great shop all round.
