JD's Plumbing was the best price to remove and replace our storm drainage pipe and remove an old bathroom in our building. They were great at communicating who their technician would be, when they would arrive and how long the project would take.  I highly recommend them. Their team is very knowledgeable.

Jeff's crew where phenomenal! They gave the best pricing out of 5 other plumbers I contacted and did an amazing job. Everyone on the crew were courteous to my family while they were working.  I highly recommend!

We called JD's Plumbing to help one of our customers in Vermilion, they needed to cap off a few water lines. They had sent Joe out on the job, which he got to the job fast and did a great job. Our customer was overly pleased with JD's work and can't thank them enough for a job well done and the quick response time.

Wow, these folks are good! Put in new sump pumps and stayed until 1:45 AM installing the new pumps during a storm!, backflow, redirected the flow of two outside drains, and pretty much saved us from the ravages of a terribly difficult rainy season! 5 stars, plus!

I had JD's plumbing come out to install a new pump for my basement after the flood we had last year in the fall that ruined my basement. LET ME TELL YOU!! these guys know there stuff especially Jonny and have made my basement dry and let me sleep at night knowing I'm protected with the new pump.  Jonny was excellent to work with and was very friendly, made it feel like I knew him and was very trust worthy. Tested and ran the pump before he left and even called back to see how everything has been. These guys have been great, and I highly recommend this company.

Johnny and Troy were a great help when figuring out our hot water tank issues. We live in a duplex and the piping is a mess and they were diligent in getting to the root of the problem. They took the time to explain everything to us and were very patient with all the questions we had.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are out within a few hours every time I call. They do fantastic work. They are professional and courteous. I have always gotten an honest assessment and their quotes/prices are always reasonable. I will call no one else! Thank you!

Jeff is very professional, he is reliable and on time and he is very knowledgeable and explains what he is doing , he answered questions about a dishwasher I need installed and gave me good reccomendations. He is very neat and does excellent  clean up. I will be using Jeff for my future plumbing needs  Yolanda Khouri  Today 5/3/24 Jeff sent out John and Troy to install water shut off device that Jeff recommends from Moen, this device can alert you to leaks before they happen. John & Troy are very professional, they explain what they are doing thoroughly, and their work is neat & clean, very personable guys.
