Rang on Thursday evening as I had no central heating. Adeeb came round the very next day with the part I needed and got me up & running within the hour. Very professional and explained the issue to me before getting underway. Would recommend 100%

This is the 3rd time we have used Pennine heating & plumbing Ltd with Adheeb and his team. Very experienced and professional work. They fitted a new boiler at our house. These are the reasons why we used them again...1. Most competitvely priced and only paid for the job after it was fully complete. 2. Fantastic high quality workman ship. 3. Polite and friendly very professional. 4. Super time management strictly kept to the schedule. 5. Super clean and kept disruption to us and the neighbours to a minimum. 6. All guaranteed and under warranty. So If any one out there is requiring any work doing I would highly recommend these guys they are quite simply in two words....THE BEST!

I have used adeeb several times recently and he's always very professional, he clearly has a vast experience and knowledge in plumbing nothing is too much trouble. Clearly explains the problem and what is needed to resolve the issue and quotes the cost before starting the work. A very trustworthy person what more can you ask for.

This is not a paid review My mother house came under the government scheme to have her boiler to be replaced.its took sometime to get agreement with my mother to get the job started.The day came when I met Adib from Pennine plumbing and his team.My job took today's to be done.we live in house thst has some what out dated heating Adib explain to me what was going to happen over the two days bye to a old 45 year old boiler in with a new combi boiler.I can say that we are happy with the standard of work and mess that was made was cleaned up and removed.i called him Sunday this week he was here Monday morning to deal with a gas leak from the gas meter. Adib took steps to make it safe and called the gas board to remove the defected pipe the snake which was leaking within 10mins call to the gas board they were here working to replace the snake and made the house safe. Sorry to the ones who have had a bad experience I can tell anyone am happy with the standard of my work. Tony happy customer

This company installed the boiler for me a few weeks ago. I have started to get a leak from one of the pipe valve joints under the boiler. I have rang this company and spoke to Adeeb he very arrogantly said he is busy for 2 weeks and that he can’t come to fix it. The guy who installed the boiler who was working for Adeeb clearly was a amateur as there was several mistakes that he made and another engineer had to come out and out right. Once the boiler was installed Adeeb came out and checked the work and marked it as complete. I have spoken to the company that the grant was from and they have said Adeeb leaves apprentices at property’s to install boilers and he goes to different job himself. They have said that they have had complaints from other customers aswel that if something goes wrong with the work that Adeeb has done or has checked and marked as complete, he never goes back out to rectify the issue. I will be contacting the gas safe/corgi governing body and make sure Adeeb and his company get investigated for the complaints from all customers. I have given him more than enough time to rectify this but he’s basically said that he’s not going to fix it and I should call out another engineer. My advice is that everyone should stay away from this company.

*** A V O I D *** BAD workmanship twinned with POOR customer service. He will NOT come out to fix his faults. He WILL ignore your calls and sms requesting for him to come put things right. I have raised a complaint with Gas Register and have requested an inspection of his work. Save yourself the headache!!  **** Update - Gas safe has found flaws in his work be it not emergency gas related ones but more operational ones and have advised the Eco funders to fix/correct the work.  I have refused to let Pennine guy Adeeb back into my house, ECO funded company are now arranging a "competent" gas engineer to come  put this guys work right.  AVOID him...that is all I can say!!

I used this guy in 2020 and put a positive review on him, unfortunately he has become a Jekyll & Hyde character. Earlier in 2021 I required thermostatic valves replacing on 3 Radiators along with several Lock shield valves - I contacted this  company twice who told me they were too busy to look at my job? I had no alternative but to seek another Engineer. But the thing is a relative of mine needed a full Boiler & new radiators installing and the company I got quoted and did the job! so this guy lost out there, must be making too much money?
