I had a problem, with water coming in my basement, from my washer outflow, but couldn't diagnose the problem. I called Patriots, and they set up an appt for me.The tech, Nick, showed up on time, extremely pleasant, and professional, got the lay of the land, and diagnosed, that I had roots, in a septic outlet, blocking the flow. He expertly, cleared the blockage, and instructed me,of all options, available to keep my septic running great. I'm 100% satisfied , and impressed, with the outcome, and the handling, of my procedure from start to finish,,,I would totally reccomend this company, for absolute fairness, in pricing, professional, friendly, KNOWLEDGABLE, techs, and timely service, IN ALL ASPECTS, OF THE JOB, from start to finish,,,these guys are in my phone now, for permanent reliance,,,dont hesitate to give them a call,,they'll help you out.  I'd also like to say, I truthfully,,, call em like I see em,,and I can say, these guys are good!!check my other reviews, and you'll see, I dont hold back!!

Excellent and quick service. Tech was extremely informative and so personable. Looked like he was never in my home. He left everything clean and back in it's place one thing a lot of techs don't do. I would like to take this time out to send a huge thank you to Patriot Cleaning Services and their employee Roberta. I was experiencing water back up coming from my main drain and my basement flooded when I called and spoke to Roberta she insisted that I call the Brockton Sewer Company to look at the drain first and if it's not an issue on the outside then to call them back to set up an appointment I called the city and they came out and it was in fact an  outside issue so I was so happy the city took care of the problem FREE of charge!!!!! Thank you again Roberta for assisting me during this time I appreciate it so much!!!  Sincerely The Teixeira Family!!
