My dentist left and so I was given a new female dentist. As a very nervous patient I was terrified. But my new dentist is amazing and is also a partner at the surgery. Within 10 mins she had me relaxing and laughing. She was amazing and just as good as my old dentist .
I've always been terrified of the dentist from a young age after a traumatic experience. As an adult that never changed I'd literally get panic attacks knowing i have an appointment and when I moved from London and registered with ivydene I just received the best care. Dr Chan has hands of an angel, he's assistant is amazing too and in can't fault the receptionists. They are always welcoming and helpful. Great place would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist.
After being terrified of the dentist for so long I took the plunge and booked an appointment. Right from the initial phone call before I booked an appointment I was really impressed with the friendliness and service. My initial appointment I said about my anxiety at dentist and they were great. Not going to lie I need alot doing but went back today for a tooth extraction and they again were amazing, very professionaland very caring. I only had my first appointment friday. I feel alot more comfortable about going back next week for the next stage of my treatment. I saw dr Inman and both he and his dental nurse were so great and understanding I cant praise them highly enough. Also the reception staff are fantastic.
I went there last week. It was my first appointment at this practice but surely not last. I got Rachel as my dentist and what I can say is that I am truly impressed by her professionalism, empathy and great service. She is the best I have ever come across and I wish everyone had such an amazing dentist! She has an individual approach and I could see that she really cared about my teeth health . I am seeing her again in 6 months. Every staff member I met during my visit was super friendly and I walked out with a really positive feeling towards them. Thank you!
I had an emergency appointment on the same day that I phoned, All of the staff were extremley helpful and explained all of the measures that are being taken in these difficult times. I had a large abcess which was dealt with very professionally by a very kind lady dentist I'm really sorry but I didnt catch her name and her assistant, who told me exactly what they were doing and why, I am now pain free and on the mend, my heartfelt thanks go out to all at Ivydene dental Practice for all the help they have given me. Highly Reccomend
The best NHS dentist Dr Chan I've ever had, by far. Found and fixed a problem on first visit that my previous private dentist couldn't find in 2 years.
I recently had my denture made from the practice. It is very comfortable and I have no problem. I was very happy with the dentist and the dental staff. I appreciate their hardwork.
For a very nervous person going to a dentist. I can honestly say the staff and dentist Mr Ingam were brilliant and put me at my ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thankyou very much to all the staff.
