I have used a company at BIZ space for 12 years with no problems.This year I received a £100 fine for using the car park .They changed the rules and the signage is useless.I am not an idiot and I am aware of these scams .... fortunately my company dealt with the site manager and got it quashed but be very aware ....No visible/obvious signage.UPDATEnI have seen the reply to this post and have a repeat appointment this coming month if the signs have been made easily visible and prominent so as to avoid Parking fines I will amend the review.Thanks for the reply

Great space for meetings, events or training sessions. Onsite cafe which offers a nice selection of food and drinks. The team is always welcoming and helpful. Some areas could do with a touch up or refresh but overall a great location for businesses with free parking and not too far away from tram or bus stops.

Just visited a client but very presentable and impressive office buildings

Great place for a meeting or working quietly and conveniently located just off the M60. The added extra of Costa across the road is a bonus for me.

I viewed multiple offices in and around the area, and this one stood out above them all, the quality of the building, offices, décor but above all Walt the building manager and his team are so helpful and cant do enough for you and really make the place what it is, if your looking for office space i couldn't recommend them enough.
