Where do I start. So placed our order and expected the usual 45 minute wait, which is fair game. But nope. Restaurant decided to add 30 minutes to the order, I figure they may be busy. 20 minutes after the additional 30 minutes, no food. So I give them a call, now when you call a restaurant you expect the little voice down the telephone to mention the name of the resturant right? Nope, not these guys. Anyway she goes off to find out where our meals are and whilst she asks I can hear everything. So a guy at the restaurant says it's on the way then suddenly changes his mind and says it's still at the bloody restaurant. To which the woman who answers the phone says "should I tell them it's on the way?" At least the other guy had the common decency to tell her to tell me the truth. 7 minutes she says it will be. Half an hour later it shows up, delivery guy brings it to the door with a free bottle of Pepsi which was okay I guess. Until he mentioned the free desserts.... THAT HE LEFT BEHIND!!! Seriously mate, should have kept quiet about that one! But that is not the end of the story. The chips had clearly been left under a halogen bulb and the Bolognese was dryer than a.... You know what. It also went uneaten due to the hardness of the pasta from sitting out to long, thanks for that... Italiano express? More like italiano whenever we feel like it.
