Customer service - ok Food - below average. Chicken burger arrived without the lettuce and chips were cold - they was kind enough to send me a box full of lettuce back and new chips. Chips warm but cooked twice. As if they’ve been sat in a chipper and then splashed with oil to heat again. 1/10 Chips were disgusting. Won’t be returning.
Absolute rubbish, tasteless food, kebab meat so rubbery struggled to cut though it, cold chips and a deep pan pizza which was thinner than a slice of bread and slick with oil, will never order again from here

I ordered from here today I got 2 peices of fudge cake and it was so small it was all dry and hard tasted stale wasn’t worth the money!!!
Vile. Chips were over cooked and the kebab meat was unapologeticly bland and tasteless. Now I think about it, I'm not sure it was fully cooked. Avoid.Food: 1/5
Been using here on and off for years kebab great and other stuff , tonight cheese burger and chips for my son that was great , I had 3 pieces of fried chicken unfortunately it was horrendous it was extremely over fried the coating was just a shell with very greasy chicken inside , I ate it only because I was starving but now feeling bit off
Always had lovely kebabs from here, but tonight it was awful, bread was hard and unchewable,donna was dry and so was the chicken. We couldn't eat it. Will think twice before ordering again
Always had amazing service and amazing food! The staff are very friendly, and I’ve never had a complaint about any of their food. They quickly became my favourite takeaway in Bispham!
Pizza was delicious. Arrived hot. Fresh ingredients. Drink was ice cold. Garlic dip was really tasty.
Absolutely disgusting customer service never had an issue before ordered food well it looks like its been ran over pizza half cut cheese literally sliding off it garlic bread like cardboard and chips rock hard refusing a refund woman on phone extremely rude never ever will i use this takeaway again To the owner I can't reply to the comment so il leave this here I wasn't drunk the photo's speak for itself if this is how you treat paying customers then im suprised you even have any business vile
