I am currently in the harbour mental health hospital and have used asia bagus on multiple occasions and generally been happy with the food and service. Tonight however having spent £30 on food they missed 2 portions of rice from my order, i rang to inform them of the missing items and asked if they could send 2 bottles of pop instead of rice which equalled less as we had already eaten our meal. I was rudely informed that this was not possible as the manager would not authorise this but could not give an appropriate rationale. They did however agree to give a refund and delivered £4 to the harbour with the comments that we will not be delivering to the harbour again. I feel stigmatized by the whole treatment and now the whole hospital has been victimised for there error.
I love Asia Bagus, food is great, delivery is fast with friendly helpful drivers. The curry is fantastic and the thai curry is very hot so I always get half of the wifes too lol! Always get freebies to so excellent value for money a must if you like Chinese food!!!!
Just ordered from here... Duck in plum sauce. Mainly skin and fat. Plum sauce is also not meant to be sour... Horrible. Quick delivery though and other food is okay.
Waste of Money - Fillet Steak in Garlic had a fishy taste, Prawn Rice had bits of burn black bits in it. Salt and chilli chicken and the crispy shredded chilli beef had exactly the same sauce. £30 down the drain
Ordered twice from there n both times I have been short changed. Once an accident twice a rip off. If the driver has done it to me ow many other customers is he done it to. When I rang up and complained the driver said to the person who answered the phone to say nothing they could do about it. Avoid avoid avoid
Excellent food! Been going to them for years, so much better than wok wow or China red......lovely tasty fresh food. Can't recommend enough!!!
Absolutely disgusting food everything was swimming in grease and the curry was blend chips were reheated worsted chinese ive ever had total waste of £30.

Don't eat from here get your order wrong and charge you for a re order food pink horrible place
Food very vinegary ie sweet and sour and plum sauce needs improvements
