Another fabulous Friday evening at Italian Kitchen. Delicious pasta and strong cocktails. This is our favourite Italian in Sheffield, highly recommended a visit this summer Food: 5/5
Beautiful food, cooked perfectly with hearty portion sizes. Our server young man with a Birmingham accent was lovely, attentive, and polite. There is a laid back atmosphere and cosy decor, perfect for a date night or family meal. Vegan menu/kids menu. Pricing is ££ - a meal for two, 2 starters and 2 mains could be anything from £45-60. I would recommend the Linguine Verde/Verdi it’s the pasta with cream, pesto, courgettes, peas etc.. Our server left us with the parmesan cheese on the table which was much appreciated and unorthodox of an Italian restaurant. He also allowed us to take what I couldn’t finish, including the remainder of our wine! Garlic bread was very garlicy- just how we like it. 100% will be returning to this place. Vegetarian options: large vegan menu available Parking: Side roads are mainly student accommodation - so can be hit and miss with parking but I’ve never had to walk more than a couple of minutes to get to this place or nearby.
Fantastic restaurant on Eccy Road that would seem like it would be loud and busy but in fact it was super quiet. Went as a family. Bare in mind we went Sunday evening so it was quiet but you can expect it to popular on Friday and Saturday's.Food: 5/5
Came here at the weekend for a friend's birthday and absolutely loved it! Lovely food, with so much choice – and even a few nice mocktails for us non-drinkers. The waitress Emily was fab. The only feedback from our group was one of us had meat for the main and it didn't come with any veg e.g. roasted carrots. Other than that, perfect. We'll be back!
Really nice food! Calzone has soft edges and very generous in stuffings. Large portions : One slot is 2 hours, and the actual menu had higher price than the menu on the website. The card machine was not working properly, so we had to choose bank transfer of cash.
Had a fabulous experience last Saturday at the Italian Kitchen. We were a large group, but none of us had to wait for any of our courses. Food is absolutely superb and competitively priced. Portion sizes are generous and saw off a couple of our guests. Great staff who were so polite and attentive. Definitely worth a visit
Just finished the best meal in recent times. The food served here is pure pleasure. On top of the amazing food, the service is great with fantastic advice for any fussy eater. Faultless evening. Fantastic service, lovely atmosphere and most importantly beautiful food compliments to Simon the chef we had calamari/king prawns as starters, fillet steak mains and plum tart/amaretto cheesecake desserts all were exceptional. Thoroughly enjoyed will return 100% and reccomend to othersFood: 5/5
Emily was very kind and thoughtful . I came for a friend’s birthday and she allowed me to bring cake with candles . She was also very attentive . The food was delicious and the staff were very warm and welcoming . A hidden gem in Sheffield!Food: 5/5
One can imagine being at the home of an Italian chef being treated to a special family meal. The food tastes hearty and delicious. For Sheffield, this Italian kitchen is a must try. This is a second go for me and I am eager to return again. Order at least two of the starters. The pastas are fresh but the real treat is the calzone.Food: 5/5
