Horrendous surgery. Before the pandemic was fine, busy like all doctors but fine but post pandemic they’re an absolute joke. You can’t get an appointment even when e-consult tells you to contact your doctor. I’ve had issue getting an appointment for me and even my then 8 month old baby, they even gave a diagnoses of asthma over the phone without seeing her which was an incorrect diagnosis. When you want to complain they said you have to write a letter! No email Address or any like that, just an obstructive measure put in place to avoid having to deal with complaints. I’ve just driven down there as no one is answering the phone and now been told to go to A&E as they don’t want to deal with it. Disgusted
Impossible to get an appointment nowadays. Face-to-face appointments should be back in practice. The receptionists are incredibly rude and they seem to have hired more I really don’t see what for as all they do is sit around gossiping about patients and slagging them off. The alternative is to go to A&E however I did that and had to wait over six hours to be seen. You have to call them a total of 70+ times in the morning to try and get through. You have to make sure you do the E consult as soon as it opens as by around 10 am it’s already closed.
Likely the worst GP practice in Kent. Phones are never answered, rude reception. patient care at rock bottom. It takes an average of 3-4 months to get an answer from them let alone an appointment. On the rare occasion that one gets through they just cant give appointments. Complete waste of tax payers money. They need to demolish the place and start again. No process for patient care and aftercare despite being told by speciallist consultants to revisit GP. They simply dont care and have no empathy that there are sick people in the community that need access to a GP.
My Father has three cancers and scarily high BP. Most mornings it's above 180. His specialist says he must get an appointment with his GP ASAP. He NEEDS an appointment!!! Can't get through on the phone, not allowed to make walk in appointments. Lights all off, no staff. What IS going on exactly? They're living in a dream world.
I have been with this practice for 23 years and I am appalled by the service. They now have 3 practices yet no appointments?? The receptionists are plain rude and unhelpful. Now having to search for a new surgery
Dr Rupal is adored by my children. Such a wonderful, kind and caring doctor. Highly recommended the surgery
Worthless, rude and completely inefficient. Absolutely paranoid since Covid, constantly at "full capacity," website broken, cannot even get a blood test. Sat on hold for 45 minutes only to be told I needed a blood form and they are to "full" to give me one and to call back another day. The last time I was in there for ear problem they refused assistance, I told them I wouldnt leave until they organised a MRI for the condition. After a hour sitting with a 20 something "doctor" --I finally got a referral. Of course they all lost the results. This surgery represents the absolute worst of the NHS and should be shut down to make way for a more useful operation.
10.05 in the morning Econsult accepting no more enquiries till the next day ! You have to be kidding. Obviously trying to get you to go to A&E. So you do and fill up the place with things a local GP or nurse should be dealing with. Then ambulances can’t unload as the place is full. Then someone who needs an ambulance urgently dies waiting. I would love to know what has so dramatically changed since pre Covid. If someone would explain , maybe we could understand ???
I strongly suggest kent people. Please don't use this Surgery. If you call anytime min 2 hrs they keep you in waiting after that no answer
Impossible to make an appointment! Tried for the second day running. Cannot use e-consult as triage went home at 10.00 am! This practice needs a good shake up. It used to be a very good one, but now the receptionists are rude and have a don't care attitude. Impossible to actually speak to a doctor.
