Another great museum on how Iron changed the face of Britain and the World. It is well organized and has a nice cafe opposite. Lots to see.
It's a fantastic place to go. So informative about the local area's history. Something for all age groups. Health and safety in these trying times is no problem with either open air or one way systems. A great day out. Try the Furnace Kitchen, great food in a great location. Fantastic
A very interesting and spacious set of former forges and ironworks buildings. A great monument to the industrial revolution. Very pretty and educational walks around the periphery. Very good café next to the museum.

Nice place to visit, but why do the facilities close early?
Of course I love it I worked there for 2 decades! No seriously it's wonderful. Not only educational but fun and full of interest too. 6 sites spread over 4 sq miles so take your time!
Excellent little shop, very COVID friendly and some reasonable priced quality items.
Iv heard of iron bridge but never been would love to go as it looks very nice place
Closed on a Monday in the winter but don't let that deter you. Had a great walk around the industrial heritage locations. Fantastic connection with the industrial revolution. #Thomas Darby
