For a newbie in the area, it's lovely to find a friendly local business who provides a relaxing and efficient experience; albeit a small shop, Ivanka is welcoming and professional. All in all, a satisfied customer sporting a lighter and a cut that suits. Job well done and thank you for accommodating my last minute booking.

Horrible customer service by the nail technician. I called to arrange an appointment that was confirmed then when I arrived she said I didn't talk to her and there was no booking. There was no apology or any attempt to ask if I wanted to reschedule. Really disappointed. I was made to feel like I was lying about the booking as there was no attempt to find out who took the phone call earlier.
