OK if all you need is a battery replaced in your watch, this they can do.  However if it something more complicted and the watch has to be left with them this is a serious issue.  I have had two experiences of leaving my watchs and after many months of hearing nothing on the progress I took them back and was given some lame excuses that parts had not been avaiable from the manufacturers.
