You have to pay 30p for toilets. No change either. Only accepts 20p and 10p coins. There is not enough seating for people who have to wait. Cafe has been closed every time I have been here. Close to pizza hut though. Good location - near the train stations and a lot of restaurants - practically in town centre. Staff are helpful.

This place makes you feel like the end of the world is nigh. On my visit, the place was untidy, the cafe was closed, two seasoned alcoholics had taken up residence, the staff were somewhere between average and rude, the change machine for the toilets was out of order (and looked like it had been for the last ten years), despite the fee the toilets stank, the information screen was off and had two notices taped to it (neither of which were relevant to where I was going), the station "co-ordinator" was utterly joyless, my bus was cancelled although I only found this out 5 mins before it was supposed to leave because I happened to overhear a member of staff telling another traveller - there was no announcement. I come from the Highlands originally. It's a wonderful, unique and interesting part of the world that is rightly experiencing more and more tourism. I find it utterly depressing that this is most likely the first experience that those tourists have of this beautiful place. Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that locals have to endure a place like this on a regular basis. Whoever runs this place ought to be ashamed of themselves. Get your house in order. It's simply not good enough.

I waited outside while my elderly friend rested her legs. I made the mistake of leaning against a metal barrier which then began to topple forward. It certainly woke me up 😜

This bus company is just getting worse every day between busses being late or not even turning up to the bus being early to stupid bus drivers who take your money then put you off because oh he doesn’t go that way refusing to refund money and trying to explain to the next driver that comes along on phoning to complain I get simpletons who sit in an office all day and doesn’t have a clue on actual routes but instead of helping they try to make a fool of me I am disabled in a wheelchair and rely heavily on busses as there is a lack of taxis that are able to take my chair I’d just like to say I pay your wages as does many others your profit is well in the green that can all change though if you keep this up

The bus station was clean but confusing. Apparently, there were 7 bays in the station but the station only labelled the first 6 bays. The person at the ticketing booth (forgot to get her name) was rude when I asked her the location of the station's Bay 7. This happened last 3rd June 2017 at about 7am. I would have given this a 5 if it wasn't for the missing label at Bay 7 and the rude staff.
