I found the service and expertise at Inverclyde Physiotherapy to be excellent. Hina was my physiotherapist and her guidance in what exercises to carry out has helped immensely to improve my injury. Her knowledge of the issue I had was fantastic. I found it a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and would recommend this service.
I have been attending Inverclyde Physiotherapy for a few weeks following an injury to my knee. My physiotherapist was Hina; her patience, treatment and guidance have alleviated the pain I was experiencing and she has provided me with "homework" to strengthen my muscles. I cannot recommend highly enough, many thanks!!
Inverclyde Physio Review I had been attending Inverclyde Physiotherapy for over a year and up until the beginning of July this year I had no issue, the treatment and care I was receiving from RACHEL was AMAZING! I received a phone call on 7th of July informing me that my appointment on 11th of July was cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances” and that someone would contact me to rearrange another appointment as soon as the situation was resolved. This is now the 3rd of August and no one has contacted me in any way to arrange another appointment, now up until this cancelled appointment I had been attending the clinic every single week. I think this is an appalling way to treat a patient! Having since discovered that Rachel is no longer working at the clinic and the disgusting way that she has been treated by this establishment I wouldn’t be spending another penny here! She is an incredible physiotherapist and without her my recovery would have been hell, she has built an amazing name for herself and the reviews left on here prove that, she was the best asset that you had and considering she was the only physio that worked there it’s safe to say that she is “THEE INVERCLYDE PHYSIOTHERAPIST” I was 6 weeks post op when Rachel started to treat me as I wasn’t getting NHS physio after my hip replacement. She helped me with exercises to strengthen the muscles around my replacement and also fixed a post op complication that was causing me huge discomfort. I have nothing but praise for Rachel and I have told everyone and anyone who has asked about her. All the praise goes to RACHEL, none of my praise is for this company or it’s owners. Very happy to take my money for over a year but you don’t have the decency to call me back and let me know what was happening regarding another appointment. Massive good luck to Rachel on the next chapter of her career, not that you will need it, your reputation speaks for itself.
I have been having physio with Hina for 5 sessions and I must say after 2 half years I'm finally not in as much pain as I have been. She has what shall I call them MAGIC HANDS I can't praise her enough. I have been telling all my friends how wonderful Hina has been. Doing basic stretching suitable for me and it's working. Had a number of treatments to strenghthen my legsas my knee was giving way and my legs painful. Treatment has had a very good result. Thanks to Hina is an escellent physiotherapist Hina and to receptioniste for arranging all the appointment.
Friendly reception staff with excellent appointment notifications, Hina was excellent in treating my issue and explaining the stages of my treatment at each visit, I would certainly return if i have any further issues.
I just went today for first time, due to back pain. The girl she attended me, Gina, made an incredible work. I feel much less pain, just with one session. Definitely I will come back!
Excellent physio received today, 17th August 2022, and two weeks prior. Have been suffering with knee, leg and hip pain the treatment and exercises have totally alleived pain I have been going through, when I've been waiting on the NHS list for a long time. Many thanks to all at Inverclyde Physio! Would definitely recommend this place.
I have been attending your physio for a few weeks now ,, with a sore arm i finished yesterday the girl was very good got me sorted out in no time many thanks to yourself and your team I am more than satisfied with my treatment Many thanks Marie
I’ve had private physio a few times now and always been glad I did. You only get one body. This firm have a wee bit of flexibility to fit round working people and do a good thorough assessment. Place is teeny but spotless and comfy
