Amazing service: professional, courteous and friendly, with state-of-the-art tech that puts most London cabbies to shame!! Loved the card payment facility and car was immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend and will use for all future journeys in the area.
My friends and I used this firm for two days for an afternoon and evening collection and drop off at a recent weekend away. Brilliant service, polite drivers and clean cars. We were updated when one evening the taxi was later than anticipated due to severe traffic which we appreciated. We all plan to return for another weekend and we will be using this firm again. Just hoping that we are rembered when we book again in 2017!! From Mariah and friends.
This Taxi service has been the best in my work trip, in 3 weeks that i have been in Cheshire, i have always called them. Never got late, despite weather! I really recommend this taxi service, the best in Macclesfield and also very charismatic guys and all around nice!
Excellent Service, great how I was kept up to date when the driver was on his way and when he arrived. 5 star safe and secure knowing I was in the right taxi after a night out. My number ONE choice for taxis 24/7 :-
Booked Saturday morning at 11:15 am and was told driver would arrive within 5-7 minutes, 20 minutes later I called as nobody had arrived. I was told again he would be approximately 5 minutes and was even given a road of current t location. 11:59 taxi arrives. Driver very pleasant and cost was as normally expected.
after using taxis in macclesfield for past 15 years, hand on heart intime taxis have been by far the best overall. their service is a complete service that a regular taxi user could ask for. service with smile, very professional service, clean cars, knowledgeable & tidy drivers, very helpful. very polite. i recommended all my friends and colleges and the reader of this review should take my word for it and give them a try.
I have called them on three occasions now with plenty of time in advance and they firstly ask where I am going to after which point they say "sorry we are very tight with bookings at that time" and most recently I was told I would be put on hold so I waited for 2 minutes before the call was simply hung up. Poor phone manner and absolutely uninterested in their customer service I can't wait for apps like Uber to make their way down to Macc and wipe businesses like this off the scene.
Very efficient taxi company, friendly drivers and great customer service. I recommend booking in advance at busy times though! They also take credit/debit cards including AMEX.
I am astra zeneca employee and i have using intimate Macclesfield taxis for over one year. From to Manchester Airport and to work in Macclesfield and Alderley Park they have never let me down and kept me updated in progress of my taxi. I highly recommend this company. They also accept credit card in taxis.
