Absolutely speeches! Turned up 25 minutes late with no apology or explanation. My daughter and I had planned an afternoon in Alderney and the ride was a short journey from her house which previously with other cabs never cost more than £10. He charged £15. When we asked him to check with the office he said he was the office and that was his price and stopped his car in the middle of the road on a dangerous, narrow bend on the Alderly road asking us whether we wanted the journey and if not to get out . He said that we were doing his head in and was so very rude to us ! My daughter said he should not speak to us like that but we decided to continue with the journey as we had no option tbh and we're now 30 minutes late . When we arrived in Alderly we rang the office to complain about our journey but they didn't take us seriously . The can was a van and the windows did not open at all . It was like a prison we couldn't wait to get out! We will never use cab co again and do not believe they are a family business. We will be taking this further!

Shocking and a disgrace to think is £10 at 6pm to the priory on a Sunday, should be ashamed
DO NOT USE THESE AT ALL. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR CUSTOM. I have complained to the council licensing department. I advise others to do the same if they receive similar service. We pre booked a taxi a couple of days before to pick us up after our festival at capesthorne hall at 11:30pm the taxi was confirmed on the day we booked and again on the day of the booking. I called cabco at 11:25pm to say we would be on time at our pickup point. The operator said not to worry our driver is running a little late he’s finishing a job in Sutton and then will come for us. So we sat and waited for 30 minutes. Then we got a call from the operator to say the 6 seater has broken down so they will send another one and for us to wait. Another 45 minutes passed it’s now 12:45am and nothing has arrived. We call up again and this time the operator says the 6 seater driver has clocked off and gone home. So I said that’s ok are you sending another vehicle to which the operator replied no we don’t have any. If we hadn’t called up to see where it was I have no doubt in mind the company were going to leave us there without even calling us to say they weren’t and couldn’t send anyone for us. I was absolutely gobsmacked that they could do that to someone. For all they know we could’ve been a group of young females left all alone on a country lane at almost 1am in the morning. This is not acceptable in anyway. Bearing in mind this taxi was pre booked and all other taxi companies had no available cars. We had no choice but to make the 1hr 30 min walk home instead. Not getting home until 2:30am absolutely exhausted and frustrated. How is a taxi company like this able to operate and how can they get away with leaving customers in a potentially risky situation?
I wonder how those poor drivers get a job cos the operators are very RUDE!!! Was explaining to a neighbour how rude the operator was to me and she told me they were rude to her as well just the day before. I hope the owner of the company knows the operators are ruining the business. Will never ever book with Cab co even if it's a matter of life and death. Will tell my friends too. Reviews with 1 stars are too kind cos they deserve nothing. Shame
Will not be travelling with these again. Booked a car the previous night for the morning specifically told them it has to be that time as I have to catch a train. Turned up 15 mins late. Just made my train but it’s besides the point they’re not reliable at all. Do not recommend
Standing in the rain for 45 minutes. Drenched. Taxi driver doesn't have any clue on where is coming to. I challenge their head office to not paying 50% of the fare due to poor service and he basically says that his drivers wouldn't accept that...so what choice do I have. Rude and unhelpful. When the driver arrives finally I tell him I won't pay the full fare and he blames control for sending him on two jobs before he is sent to collect us hence the reason he is late, guess what not his fault either. Then the cab driver calls the police when I say I'm only prepared to pay a lower fare so I end up having to pay the full fare just to get home. Use another firm would be my recommendation, these guys have a very poor service and zero understanding of what customer service entails.
Absolutely extortionate rates!!! Felt held to ransom being stuck in the middle of nowhere at a family wedding. Wanting £20 outward journey of 6 and half miles!!!! and £30 for return journey just after midnight back to hotel.
Absolute joke. Booked last night for a taxi at 8:30 this morning only because all other taxi companies had no availability. Phoned at 8:34 when it hadn't arrived & was told it was stuck in traffic. When it eventually arrived at 8:45 the taxi driver said to my girlfriend he was only given the job 10 mins before. When she refused to pay taxi driver locked her in car until she did. She didn't have much choice! Not the first time I've experienced shocking service from this company, I booked a taxi months ago via the app for it to turn up about an hour late!
