Had to take back a kitchen clock that had stopped working. From purchasing the clock it was put onto the wall and taken off to replace the battery which didn't resolve the problem. I took the clock back to the shop and was told that the clock mechanisms don't last long. They accused me of dropping the clock as it is dented at a joint. I told them that this was how I purchased the clock from them and I should therefore not have been charged full price. I'm not happy with being accused of dropping a clock that was purchased from them in that condition. I will not be purchasing anything further from this shop.

The wife and I visited here today and although they have nice products the young fella working there was a bit rude and off hand with customers. Don't insult the people keeping you in business mate.

shop here often very good quality and very affordable. staff friendly and will help throughout your visit . recommend to anyone to pay it a visit . you wony be disappointed
