I ordered a slate clock as a present. It arrived both wet and broken. This was over a week ago. I have sent this company 5 emails and thus far one automated reply stating send it back! To where?? No label, no returns form, zero contact from customer service! Unable to call this company as no contact number listed! Taken my money for a broken clock! All I've asked for is a replacement! I have now received my refund thank you
Bought a family slate for my sister Christmas present. Love that I was able to completely personalise it and change the writing Welsh. Excellent service and quick dispatch, highly recommend!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Worst customer service. I wasn’t happy with my order that turnt up looking nothing like the image on their website. They finally agreed after back and forth emails being ignored to send back for a refund. I ordered 24th Nov 2022 and I returned my order paying for the postage myself and they received it on 17th Dec 2022. Had no response from them. I have emailed so many times and I’m just being ignored. Phone lines no one answers. Reading reviews looks like I’m not alone. Shambles of a company.
Avoid this company. Returned the faulty clock. No communication at all from the seller. Scam !! Don’t buy He is telling he refunded money on his reply, but he is a liar and called few times, he says few different things. Google should review his reply as it contains loads of rubbish. !!!!
This is a fraud, Company. We bought a wall clock from him. received a faulty clock. Battery compartment is too narrow and won't fit in. tried to contact the seller via their customer service email, contact form, phone. no response. then he replied via FB. he told me to post it back to them. No refund or communication received. When asking my refund, later he blocked me on FB. This is a scam!! Do not buy from this place. Avoid, save your money!! In his reply he apologies, and mentioned he is yet to receive my refund. This is a completely lie. when called he accepted he received the clock back before he reply to my review. when called he says different things each time. Google please review his reply and ask him send a proof of refund otherwise his reply should be removed!!
I was extremely pleased with my purchase. It arrived in an appropriately well packed package. It arrived on the day it was expected. I was delighted with the quality of the product
Do not purchase from this company!!!! I ordered the chopping board as a new home gift. The product arrived damaged as it wasn't wrapped properly, the wood quality, size and shape were all totally different to what was advertised and what I got was cheap and tacky and not something I was prepared to give as a gift! I tried contacting the company but they are now ignoring my emails. I have had to go to a different company for a replacement and the whole purchase has left me very stressed!
The gift arrived more than well wrapped. The product itself is excellent. It felt like the company cared. Would recommend them.
