Customer care is everything now. I'm searching for my next PC and I'm checking the reviews. I'm shocked to see it has taken you 6 to 8 weeks to answer some people's posts, and they were all answered at the same time. You're a computer company! You need to have your fingers on the pulse a bit more. I won't be buying it here.

I am very happy with this PC and it was easy to plug everything in and get things working. I got this for a very cheap price and it was definitely worth my money. It would be better if it had Bluetooth and an SD card slotter though.

Amazing company! My computer is still in perfect condition and running like a god! They provide you with good customer service (apart from phone calls, sometimes they never pick up) and the best prices out there! Would definitely use again!

Just read some of the reviews and needed to review my experience to give some balance! I had a custom Imperial made up to my specs. I placed the order and had an acknowledgement e mail straight away that the order was received. The status was changed throughout the build keeping me informed of progress. I expected it to take 5+ working days but the order was placed on the Friday and the computer was built ,bench tested all drivers installed correctly and it was delivered the next Wednesday! I had a email from Fierce notifying me of its dispatch and it was shipped to me using DPD (For where I live the most reliable couriers!) which delivered on the following Wednesday, giving me a one hour time slot which they kept to!! The computer was well packed using air tubes between the inner and outer reinforced cardboard packing. As far as the computer is concerned the build looks professional all wiring is neat and secure and the PC is all I expected it to be! Time will tell if the components are reliable but all the empty boxes from which the components were taken to build the computer were shipped to me with their individual specs leaflets and discs enclosed. To me this shows professionalism and nothing to hide. I hope this helps anyone looking to have a spec built machine made. I am using mine primarily for high end Video Editing (not gaming) and it is well up to my expectations!

Purchased a lovely little gaming PC from them last year. I've been very happy with the quality of computer and quality of service. Had a bit of an issue early on with pricing of their PC but was all ironed out. Cannot fault them.
