I wish I could leave a zero star review but sadly I have to give 1 star. This branch is not worth even one star. They use sharp practice and have zero customer care skills. When you complain, the manager Phil laughs at you. You are called a liar. Be very careful when dealing with this depot - they will find a way to rip you off. You'd find more professional credibility, in a back street used car showroom. If you are looking to buy a kitchen, go to B&Q - where you will be treated with respect, great customer service and professionalism. You will also find the prices are cheaper at B&Q
As an account holder very happy with the service here. Bought numerous kitchens including my own which is currently being fitted. Always helpful sourcing any additional items not held in stock and delivering promptly. Great showroom with lots of ideas for designs, helpful designers that support customers to deliver their dream kitchens. The design team are fab!
We are really happy with our kitchen, and the time and trouble Ash took to ensure that everything we asked for and things we hadn't thought of were included in the plan - right down to the last detail. I would highly recommend Ash's services as he listened, understood the brief and turned it into our dream kitchen!
I'm loathed to give this place even one star as they don't deserve any. They are con artists and thieves not to mention rude and unprofessional. Phil the manager is a joke. They charged our builders double what other howdens and what the prices locally are. When this was addressed with them they said 'tough!!' do not use this branch under any circumstances you can get items much cheaper at Blackburn or at b&q even. I will be writing to head office to complain about these jokers. Stay away!!
