Don't bother dealing with this company. If you do, make sure that you can stand your ground and be prepared to walk away.

Sales person tried to bully me into taking out a policy with them after finding a cheaper company. She alleged that it would be a "manipulation of my data" if I don't proceed with them. She said that they now "have my data" and that if I don't proceed, *all* insurance companies would refuse to deal with me.

That was after she had asked me all the same questions that I had already answered through their website. She then quoted me with a premium that was £600 higher than the night before. I asked her to explain the overnight increase and she said that it was due to the 'real time market'. Bollocks!

She obviously just "manipulated my data" to result in a higher premium, probably so she can get some commission.

Avoid at all costs. Got my bmw insured through these guys  charging me a small fortune monthly  changed the car for something more affordable and they won't insure the new car. Which means they cancel my policy along with any no claims I would have build up  not to mention every change to the policy there's fees  ridiculous. Also as you sign up for a years policy no matter if you cancel early you are liable for the rest of the year so to cancel they are charging me another small fortune       AVOID

Nightmare to deal with. When I initially enquired following an attractive Compare The Market quote it took over 7 hours to actually sign up and the quote increased by about £15 per month by the time they’d “found me an insurer”. 

Renewal comes around and they call me daily eventually promising to provide a quote after I go through data protection and all my details FIVE TIMES. Quote never arrives. 

On a Saturday they call me and I say I’m not going through it a sixth time due to being busy. Not even 10 minutes later another person calls me repeating the same “I can see you’re up for renewal on the 3rd of Feb” line. Clearly no communication on their software/between colleagues. 

Get a call on Monday from another of their offices to finally offer me £237 upfront followed by £106 after telling them I was already quoted £136 followed by £99. 

If it this much trouble signing up and getting a renewal quote imagine how hard it must be to actually process a claim through this company. 

Went elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

ALMOST FORGOT: They finally sent me my No Claim Bonus proof letter and got the years wrong. I’ve called to rectify this and was sent an amended letter that is still wrong.

Without a doubt the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Nearly lost 10 years no claims with these because of their incompetence. Please take my advise and never use this company.

Not recommended. Stay away stay safe.

Got insurance from them for my 530d at the end of Dec 2017 with £1660 premium and  £3000 excess as they didn't provide any less excess.  Now in Jan 2017 I have found multiple quotes from larger and much better insurance firms for less than £1000 premium and £500 excess. Requested insureyourmotor to match the quote if not in premium at least in excess. They refused and I had to cancel the policy. For cancellation they charged me £550 for only 22 days of cover.

I am warning you all again. Don't get motor insurance from these guys. They are a rip off!

To top it all off, they make you wait for hours on the phone and most of the time after waiting for so long, they will ask for your phone number for a call back and guess what, you will never get a call back. It is a black hole, you get stuck in!
