I paid £600 deposit and £268 monthly and I had to sell my car after 4 months. I just cancelled my policy and they didn't give me my deposit back, they asked for a £410 cancellation fee, so in total I paid £2,082. Its not fair at all to pay more than £2000 for 4 months of insurance. I recommend going elsewhere for car insurance. Even when I tried to pay the £410 cancellation fee, I had to call them 5 times and waited an hour only to be told over and over again that their payment systems were down or be hung up on. I wouldn't wish this situation even on my worst enemy...
Paid £352 as an initial deposit, tried to cancel within 14 days, was put on hold numerous times for over an hour and eventually cut off. Tried to cancel again after 17 days of cover, was told I would need to pay a £216.18 cancellation fee. So totalling £616.16 for 17 days of cover. They have contacted me from 4 different companies and herrasing people by taking extra money. They are changing 200% extra from those who cancelled the policy. Still they are sending dept collection emails to pay cancellation fees which is not fair at all. This is the worst company and fooling everyone.
No one is responding properly that have taken more than £250 and I am asking for the refund for that they are giving me simple excuses like technical issues worst service If customer die also they will say the same for you can sit in the public place they will give money don’t cheat the customers I don’t how you got approved for insurance in UK government #UK government you should look at this. Because I don’t have any food for more than ten days even I had explained everything to them no response even if I die also I know I will get any response
worst decision ive made was to use this company - they are charging me over £200 to change my address or they will cancel my policy and the people on the phone are incredibly rude. AVOID!

Tried to cancel again after 15 days of cover, was told I would need to pay a £289 cancellation fee. So totalling £528 for 15 days of cover. So if you like very poor customer service, want to be contacted by 4 different companies asking for personal details, and want to be charged ridiculously for cancelling outside of 12 months then this is the perfect place for you!
Horrible worst customer experience and the lady whom we were talking was cunning and filthy. My husband bought insurance five days ago and we have not even used our car, five days cancel fees cost £121.00 and was deducted from our initial payment of £233.41 and she was making fun of my husband who was asking for an explanation.Very poor customer service ever I had . I kindly request all of you not to fall into this deep trap as they won’t value our money.
S***t company not recommended to anyone, paind 255£ first month,114each month I sold the car use the car for 7days in that month they didn’t give anything back when I cancelled the policy but I paid on top 280 for cancellation fee, so you decide if you want to be insured but this company, in this hard times this companies ripping of people, so big thanks for insure your motor foff’
READ TRUST PILOT REVIEWS BEFORE TAKING OUT A POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY - THERE IS A STRONG THEME ASSOCIATED WITH THE WAY THAT THIS COMPANY OPERATES. I would give zero stars but here we are. PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY. 1 Insure your motor group cancelled my policy just a few weeks into the 12 month contract reason being they assessed me as high risk after taking me on I had declared everything required of me along with all previous incidents so they were fully aware of the situation regarding my driving history. 2 I received absolutely no contact from the company regarding cancellation until a letter was received 05/09/22 addressed for 01/9/22 with immediate effect of cancellation leading me to drive unknowingly uninsured for 4 days. I’m 1 year into driving and this could have cost me my licence if I was stopped regardless if I did not know of the cancellation 3 Upon initial contact with the company 5 people put me on hold for 30 minutes each I ended these calls after becoming aware through trust pilot that this is something that they seem to do often I managed to get in contact with a lady who informed me that I also had a cancellation charge of £250 with the threat of escalation to debt collectors if not paid in 14 days. 4 After paying I have become aware that if an insurance company cancels your policy they do not have the right to claim a ‘cancellation fee’ & they also cant cancel a policy purely on the basis of not wanting to insure you anymore, it is usually based on the idea that you have not disclosed or lied about your driving history or your personal details. This company managed to take in excess of £500 from me in less than a month my yearly insurance was £1000 going forward I have to declare an insurance company cancellation making me look like some sort of fraud to other companies which has lead to a doubling in my cost be insured on my vehicle so all in all I have been completely robbed by this company. I am currently awaiting a response with the company and I have logged an initial complaint with them. Depending on their response I will be going to the financial ombudsman / financial conduct authority for the retrieval of my cancellation fee and a written letter stating that company cancelled my insurance without clear cause to have my cancellation removed from file. I URGE YOU TO READ AS MANY REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY TO AVOID THE RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS / BEING MADE TO LOOK LIKE A FRAUD TO OTHER COMPANIES.
After paying £290 deposit towards Insurance I was called a week later by them demanding another £279 payment because apparently I had a crash that was my fault when it wasnt! I then settled this, paid for the insurance a month after just for them to cancel it after a day then they ask me for a £200 cancellation fee. STAY AWAY.
unhelpful, rude and dismissive, lack of professionalism and poor attitude. I have no desire to continue doing business with a company that displays such a lack of respect for its customers
