Passing by on my way to an appointment, a garment in the window enticed me inside for a closer look. The assistant ( manager?) greeted me cheerfully. I only had a couple of minutes there, but I spotted some lovely items at VERY reasonable prices. Will certainly return for a longer browse.

Nice selection of clothes that are different from your usual high street ranges but really outdated returns policy - they failed to tell me they won't refund or exchange sale items, and were pretty stroppy about it. A sure way to make sure someone never shops there again.
