Customer service is amazing i find it very difficult to find shoes that fit me in a style that is young enough and the staff were fantastic in their perseverance to try to find me shoes.

I bought a really pretty pair of shoes - classic flat black ballerina with a bar across. They came in a couple of days, packed beautifully and soft as butter leather they are the best I've bought anywhere. I bought another pair at once! I have difficult to find, a shoe size 9 and of course a wardrobe full of uncomfortable shoes. Next time its Long Tall Sally first!
