I ordered a kettle from Innes Gallery online, and from the get-go Innes were in contact in order to arrange a day for delivery which suited me. They were polite and courteous which gave me a very good impression of the company. Once the kettle had arrived I was impressed with its design, definitely a high-end product. However something with the item wasn't quite right, it didn't boil properly. I sent Innes an email and Chris chased this up with the relevant company, they are now sending me a replacement kettle very swiftly under the products warranty. I wanted to praise Innes for their exceptional customer service even when things do go wrong! So many other companies make customers jump through hoops for warranty replacements, this was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Innes Gallery to anyone looking for luxury products with great customer service.
Super impressed with my online experience with Innes. Purchased a Vitra stool best price I could find online, too the item was in stock and shipped immediately. When it arrived, I wasn't happy with the natural blemishes in the wood preferential, not a fault and the team at Innes were more than happy to support me in arranging a swap. Brilliant customer service, strong communication, nothing seemed like a hassle - and totally respected my personal preferences for the piece. I ordered a gift online from Innes and had the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time. My order was followed up by a phone call the piece that I’d ordered was fragile to let me know that they’d received my order, packaged it well and were sending it out the next day. I then received further emails to check that the item has arrived safely. The care and attention was brilliant and I received the item in record time - particularly during such a trying time for the postal and courier system. Really lovely company and I’ll definitely be shopping with them again
I was really impressed with the service and care from Innes when I decided to add to the order & when they called to arrange delivery - the goods arrived in speedy fashion too. The packaging was excellent and I'm super happy with the frames I ordered which I also thought were very good value for money considering the quality. In short this was just a really good all round customer experience and I'd certainly use Innes again in the future!!
Amazing customer service from the team at Innes. With my Vitra purchase a made to order item and a lead time 6 - 8 weeks they were in contact via phone and email, keeping me up to date on the progress and expected delivery times. Delivered item was really well packaged.
Ordered some cappuccino cups and the customer service was first rate, great communication from start to finish. A call to let me know the order was dispatched, arrived very well packed and another call to make sure everything arrived ok and I was happy. Would recommend to anyone.
5 star customer service. Innes called after receiving the order to give an expected delivery date, and then called after delivery to check receipt and that I was happy with the product. The light I purchased is sold at many retailers including one large high street chain but Innes had the best price. I am delighted with the service and as a result Innes will be getting the second larger part of my order soon.

The order arrived damaged and not in an acceptable condition. We were then promised a replacement. It was scheduled for delivery but didn’t arrive on the promised day. It also didn’t arrive on the rescheduled day. As it stands, we’re still waiting for the item, even though the order was originally placed on 25 May. Nothing was done to make up for this or to compensate us anyhow.
6+ weeks Delays and furniture came damaged. Tried to use brexit and virus as an excuse and then when questioned, they couldn't even find the missing part and had to reship. The reshipment of the part actually took less time than the original order. No compensation given, but was promised 'generous' discount in future which turned out to be 3% on sale price.
