Kebabs are banging, same with the garlic cheese chips. Lads who work there are very sound will always provide good service, only downside is that the restaurant is a literal magnet for scumbags that will batter you if you even dare to look at them. Worse than a scam. Site rarely works - every goes including payment right up to confirmation then no, nothing. No confirmation and no delivery. But payment will be taken from card and you are now left with a non-functioning phone number and no way to recoup the money. No one has ever answered the supplied phone number. They really just don't care. Tonight the effort was 20 attempts to get them on the phone after money taken and no confirmation or way to prove it. If I could give zero stars I would.
Best Indian dishes in Dublin. Delicious tasty Indian food that is freshly prepared, good quality fresh ingredients. Excellent prices and generous servings. A hidden gen for any foodies. Dine in or take away.
Order arrived an hour and a half late. Called the restaurant’s phone number 6 times with no answer, went to voicemail each time. Won’t be ordering again, wish we read the reviews about the lack of customer service before ordering.
Once completely no-showed a delivery without bothering to call or anything. That is completely unacceptable. On all other occasions they’ve stayed open later than most, their food has been nice, and their staff very courteous.
Would never order from this place again, my nephew is still just recovering from food poisoning from over 2 weeks ago which was that severe he ended up in hospital for 4 days over it!! AVOID!!!
Ordered quite late due to work. The manager rang me asking me that the chef wants to know my preferences on my curry which has never happened in any takeaway ie creamy, original or spicy etc and it came exactly as ordered. The delivery driver was also very courteous. This is by far one of the best Indians to your door in the city. Thank you.
Ordered food from their app at 14:15 hrs and got a mesg in app at 14:45 that the order got cancelled. I did not cancel the order and kept waiting and 're-ordered the same menu.. Rang them 4 times to the provided no. Since I've paid for this order through my card. And I found no answering even though I was trying to reach them on their specified working time. I've Reordered at 14.50hrs same menu and received a mesg from them after 3 hrs at 17.00hrs saying your order will be again delayed for 40 mints. I had to call them up and received an answer, they just received the order at 17.00 hrs and they have issues with their CHEF. I'm sure I won't be dealing with them anymore for such an unprofessional response from a well rated restaurant. I had to write this, because I ordered them when I was really starving and waiting 3 hours for a reply that, there will be still delays. Uplift the issues and provide professional services please.
Very Poor behavior towards the customer. Tried calling the restaurant through the number on the Internet and nobody was picking up the phone. Got another no from just eat app. Even before I was about to talk the person on the other side became very rude and hung up on me. Do I have to hear all this for their mistake giving me a wrong order. Wonderful job people of Indian taste.
I had a taco chips and a pizza. The taco chips was quite disappointing. The meat was rather bland and dry. Pizza was okish.Food: 2/5
