Upscale diner with amazing cocktails and a variety of food options ranging from from South American to Italian dishes. Great little spot that shouldn’t be passed up!!
So far the best Negroni I have had in Dublin. For the food, every dish we got was just perfectly tasty and enjoyable - had the buratta, hedgehog mushroom must must try!! , anchovies, sourdough, burger, linguini and panna cotta for dessert. This space has a great energy , staff was really friendly and overall had a good time.. would definitely go back!
Jessy treated us like absolute royalty. No cocktail menus needed here, because every cocktail was made to order based on what we liked or fancied in the moment. Chats, banter, a hell of a lot of laughter and consistently amazing cocktails. Cannot wait to see Dillinger's open a new venue soon. This spot is one in a million
Was kinda mid, well what I had to eat chicken and waffles, a little overhyped. The cocktails were good and the staff were great and attended to our requests. Will be back to try other food on their menu
Strangest experience to date. The cocktails were fantastic, the service was very helpful and polite, the atmosphere was 10/10... But my friend and I were VERY rudely kicked out by a man who I assume was the owner I was very taken aback because my friend and I were not very drunk or anything, we were perhaps a tiny bit loud but keeping to ourselves. The man's demeanor was so aggressive that you'd think I had thrown up on the counter and he looked drunk himself, in fairness. It's true that it was 11.30 and they were about to close but if that was really his issue with us which I doubt I'd have liked him to approach us politely because we really weren't doing anything wrong. He shooed us off and didn't even let us pay. Needless to say I won't be back.
Can't really say anything bad about this place: the chef himself came talking to me to build a last minute vegan option. The result was delicious, probably the best vegan meal I've ever had in a restaurant! Also the other options on the menu have been really appreciated by all my friends. The service super kind and helpful, they really care about offering you a very nice experience in a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely come back, next time also to try some of the cocktails that looked amazing!
Not sure if that awesome bartender is still there. But he was quite a character! had a blast sitting at the counter and trying different cocktails that were not on the menu! He had some awesome South African tricks to make it smokey ; The food used to be much better before renovation though.. giving 5 star for fun experience
The best cocktails in Ranelagh, an extensive menu and the bartender even made custom cocktails for us! Lovely food, we shared the tortellini which was the best we've ever had and then had the Tomahawk cooked medium rare and we couldn't even finish it, it was huge! Our dog loved the bone. Immaculate service, our waiter was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely dinner experience in Ranelagh.
Cremante was sparkling perfection, really tasty scallops to start but the star of the show was the Veal Schnitzel!Food: 5/5
