Lovely house, spot on breakfast. Recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely B&B! Great room and bathroom, very comfortable bed and extra clean. Beautiful deco with wonderful lounge with sofas and big telly too. Within walking distance of Ballater's centre and restaurants. Very good price!

Very good b and b comfortable rooms very friendly owners breakfast was good quality each room has a welcome pack including a guide to local shops places to eat and local sites there is on site parking and a tv lounge for guests will definetly stay here again

Owners are very nice and friendly, rooms are big and clean, very nicely decorated! Breakfast was delicious! B&B is highly recommend!
