Just got back from collecting a ten pound wash inside a bag for life 3/4s full if it was full would have cost 12 pound. A white shirt had numerous orange stains on it and my 65 pound Ralph Lauren shirt had been put in tumble dryer too high and had hem melted on the buttons. Designer socks missing and boxer shorts also missing. The clothes smelt MUSKY and Smokey. I rang for a refund but she was rude and hung up on me stating you wash your clothes at your own risk. The woman is rude and smokes alot arrogant and stubborn. Avoid at all costs the best by far are "Park Launderette and dry cleaners" and "whirl and twirl". They offer sit in service and you can buy a coffee and have a decent natter with the customers. There's good parking there also. In a spin is atrocious.
I went in to wash a load of clothes this morning. I saw two empty washing machines which were adequate for my requirements. Yet I was turned away with the excuse that they were too busy.
I am a regular customer here, the staff are very helpfull and friendly, I am aware that in the summer months they do a lot of the local hotels work and are very busy but despite this they always manage to fit me in
We use this launderette every year when on holiday in weymouth great service and good price thank you
Awful place . Arrived after walking 10 mins with lots of heavy bags that it was service washes only. And the lady was a miserable old bat who literally shoved and followed us out the shop!! Horrible place
Only used dryer. The lady explained which machine to use. Machine works with tokens only which can be purchased.
Old school launderette offering good value laundry service
This place has been shut for a long time
£3.5 per small load and £7 for a big load
Doesn't use enough washing powder in the wash
