Excellent service, staff and good price on getting all of my suits, shirts and ties cleaned like new. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a dry cleaning company in Dorset, they are the best I have found so far. By a long mile.

AVOID! Money grabbing amateur. 
I have contacted Mr Elliott about the dry cleaning services on 24th February as I was attracted by the prima facie great 2 for 1 deal.  It all seemed promising, however I could not find any reviews and we all heard horror stories about receiving damaged items back from dry cleaning. And so I proceeded with a question of Mr Elliott's damage policy and experiance in the industry which I believe is a perfectly natural question to ask considering I know nothing about the business. I was shocked to receive this response; 
"I am an agent for a dry cleaning company - if you are taking that tone/manner with me I will not do business with you good luck finding someone else." 

It is clear to me that this individual knows nothing about customer service and has no plan or intention to put things right if anything goes wrong. My advice is, pay a few quid extra and go somewhere where professionaism actually matters! I am proud to be the first one to bring you a review of this joke of a business so you do not have to waste your time.

To the comment below. I said the total value was £800, not each. Besides and more importantly I have told you that my suits are a large asset to me and how much they are worth after you have been rude to me by the above comment. So don't give me the "alarm bells" nonsense. You were rude for no reason, and everyone should know this.
