In reply you let me down twice! On the day.... Don't put this on me.. Iv had to contact all the time asking because you never called me back in the times you said you would!? It was me asking if you was coming and it was only then you texted me not called to let me down again.. I was not surprised because I was expecting it. My mattress isnt dirty as you unprofessionally and very immature of you to say.. im selling it so getting it cleaned.. I asked if you could call but you never did... Never come across unprofessional service like this.. Pure let down. Hope you learn from this

So happy and impressed with the job Kieron's team did today. So grateful to them for squeezing me in last minute after I was let down by another cleaning company, and you really do get what you pay for! Would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a deep house clean.

They lost the ribbon that holds my prom dress together, I phoned them twice asking to look for it and they never even phoned me back - they don't care!
