After numerous visits here, its obviously worth a mention. Good coffee. Prompt and friendly service. Food offers good quality for good value. Pleasantly decorated and clean with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Keep up the good work!
We have visited twice. First time there was a small child wandering around the back of the counter, not good with hot drinks ovens etc. Second time not many places to sit others who obviously knew the staff sat around chatting long after they had finished space was limited. My order was taken at the counter girl could have smiled and looked pleased to serve us but was chatting to other staff. Food was ok wont be going back as not very big and seating limted.
As a visitor it was nice & friendly. I was disappointed by the smear campaign but anything like this should be done face to face not via message. This avoids this mess. There could be a many reasons for an employee to look hung over etc. As an employer you have a duty of care too. If the employee isn’t fit for duty then they must be removed from that duty as a safety concern.
