Costa Coffee

No opening times displayed. Google search reveals 8am. I'm sat outside the door waiting in full view, so perhaps they may open a minute or two earlier, no. Perhaps open on time then, no. Perhaps a warm welcome as they eventually open the door, no. Perhaps a 'good morning' as I'm served, no. You get the picture. What is it about service in the UK, that people who so clearly don't like their jobs or don't like people or both, enter the service industry? Back to Costa, sort out your opening times which vary from 7am to 8.00 in my experience (I'm sure there are other variations), so the Customer knows where they stand.

Decent coffee- and a toilet. Multistorey parking available 2 mins away if you need it.

Music was so loud I couldn't hear what the servers were saying. I asked them to turn it down but it seems there are two settings - loud or off. Not a great place to socialise.

Very nice staff and quick service just like Costa usually is. Nice town centre location too
