Cafe Brillante

Very bad. Waited over an hour for food to arrive. Once it got here It had clearly been made then put under something to keep it warm as the bread was hard. Food did not get eaten. It is a waste of money and i will not be returning.

awful tasteless bland food. cannot tell what flavour the dishwater soup was. thought the chicken was fish. desserts? no theyre cheap bought in muffins. when I complained the manager wrote a reply saying I was only moaning to get a freebie. you cant even give it away mate! CERTAINLY DONT WANT A FREEBIE!| YOUR FOOD IS HORRIBLE! manager never available to speak to. told to call back, after 8 calls still he didn't answer. just hiding as he knows what im going to say to him. THIS IS THE HOSPITALITY INDUSRTY SO WHY YOU TALKING DOWN AND DIRTY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS? Inside the café is nice and I can see why youre proud but you must face up to the fact that your food and service are really really bad
