1- by downloading the app before arriving there you can pay UP TO 25% less. 2- all options are more expensive than EMO Shirley 3- policies are not the same at EMOs!!!! What gets done is less than other EMOs with the same option on the menu!!!! 4- you pay more and get less 5- they are 2 powerful vacuum cleaners to use. 6- staff are friendly
Average car wash. Nothing special. Always get the basic wash or foam wash which does the job ok. Having read the other reviews on here I wouldn’t get a valet done here. Can download the app and pay online to save yourself time and you get discount too for car washes.
For an auto car wash it does a pretty decent job, obviously misses a few dots you can get to by hand but this is expected. No issues with paintwork and have used the car wash multiple times over several years. The optional valet services are great for an interior clean
First time I used this service it was amazing, my car smelt great for days and I have a dog. The second time I used it the guy was absolutely miserable, fine but when I collected my car it still smelt of wet dog and it still had mud all over it. Because I have a dog I paid the most you can, I think it was £33 for inside and out. I won't be using this place again unfortunately Services: Polishing

My car was filthy and these guys did a top job. Car came out spotless and smells amazing. All of the staff were very good at their job! Deffo recommend.
Standard car wash and then an extra hand valeting service offered. Great results and good value for money. Definitely worth using I deliberately came at a time when it wasn’t so busy and asked if they would do a standard valet but pay particular attention to the inside as I had recently transported a large dog and the pet hair had caught up in the carpet and upholstery fibres making it hard for me to brush out myself. I offered to pay what they thought would be reasonable so in effect it was a deal not available as standard. They had no obligation obviously to do this but they agreed to it and did an AMAZING job. I have used them two or 3 times now when they have had the time and resources available to do this “extended valet” and each time I’ve been very satisfied with the results and their hard work and attention to detail. Bearing in mind how hard pet hair especially is to remove from vehicle carpets with a vacuum thats likely not designed for that specific purpose, they have earned every penny, and I will always use them when I need my car cleaning. I highly recommend this car valeting service and can absolutely say with confidence that you will be pleased with the results and they will always do a good job - however, I will just reiterate that if they’re very busy, and there are many times when they’re incredibly busy with long queues of waiting cars, then in these instances they clearly don’t have the time to offer lengthy valets. You can easily see from when you drive in to Asda off the roundabout, when there’s a queue for their service although it’s always worth asking them if you can get a hand valet coz the queue is sometimes only for the car wash, but they are typically busiest from noon through to 4pm and it’s worth noting that the wait times can get quite lengthy so either avoid these times or plan ahead! And I’ve even come back after 4 and seen a queue so I don’t know how easy it is to predict quieter times… The guys working there are polite and accommodating and I’ve nothing but praise for them because in my personal experience they’ve been thorough and diligent and I’ve always had a 100% positive experience. But then I’ve always asked and paid for a slightly extra detailed service and am prepared to wait days, even weeks if they are clearly too busy to be able to offer the personal valet I like. I hope the high standards continue as this place is super convenient for me and nowhere else so far has offered to deviate from the advertised deals. Fact is, I’d give ten stars if I could!
Arrived just after opening, half term at time of visit and was really unusually quiet. Our car had a really good clean wash, no streaks afterwards. Really pleased with the result. Another return visit, many miles of motorway salt etc removed, again no streaks.
Got the top clean, £12.50, car ok, not fully cleaned, brakedust on wheels, can just wipe off with finger. Not even hard to reach, just the face of the wheel. Dont feel its anything more than a £5 regular car wash. Used to be more scrubbing pre wash by the guys.
Valet & car wash very good & reasonably priced. The Manager Jetmir is very helpful & the staff are always friendly.
