Only had a parcel to be returned to Amazon. Was treated with patience and politeness eventhough drivers trying to muscle in to pay and run. No eye contact, but that's not unusual for that type of quick turnaround environment.

Totally disgusting customer service! The staff have ruined my daughters christmas by refusing to allow us to collect our Amazon package despite all the correct info being given. Refused to enter the codes as the barcode wasn't working. Amazon sent emails which we showed but both members of staff at this place are so thick they can't be bothered to try. Never use this place to collect any parcels.

Disgusting station
If you want to fuel your vehicle at night time, you will be treated like a criminal and made to pay for your fuel before you put it in your vehicle.

Usually amongst the least expensive stations in Southampton. Gives Nectar points for every pound if you're collecting.
