I booked an appointment for 3 hour access to spa facilities and a 30 minute massage as a present for my partners birthday.
The day finally arrived and to my disappointment I was called in the morning stating the hydrotherapy pool was under maintenance due to overflowing, I was informed it would 'hopefully be sorted within the 30 minutes to 2 hours', disappointed but still hopeful it would be fixed we arrived closer to our appointment time than originally planned to allow the company time to fix the pool as they had suggested. However, upon arrival we were informed the pool would be closed for the whole day, me and my partner had both been looking forward to using this and were not too pleased to hear this. Then we were told to go straight up to the relaxation area, where we waited 20 minutes for our massage, the massage started late and it was definitely not a 30 minute treatment - what I originally paid for. We then wanted to access the other spa facilities but were not shown by the staff where any of the facilties were and were not given robes - the customer service was absolutely appalling. We were then given vouchers for lunch due to the pool being out of use, so we went to the lunch area to eat, the waiter informed us there was a private event and took us back to the relaxation room to order and eat even though there was plenty of tables in other areas which would've been suitable, I found this ridiculous, it was as though he just wanted to get rid of us - the seating arrangement was not suitable to eat a meal as of course that area is used for other purposes and not for lunch/dinner. The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this spa to anyone and would not suggest purchasing this as a present as it caused me more stress than relaxation.

I have visited more than a dozen times over the last two years. However the least few visits have not been as good and this week was again not up to the usual standards. I feel that a combination of poor management, frequency of staff rotation and lack of investment has seen standards slipping for the last 6 months. Mens lockers only a few of them working, no cups near water machine, sun bed rest was not working. Quality of massage was average, full body but hands and feet not touched. Staff trying their best though but needs leadership. I had a survey asking for a review on my visit but no option to leave any comments, the survey was one question. These small things could easily be remedied and return the spa to a 5 star location once more. Will return and hope issues are dealt with as location is great.

We booked for a spa day and massage and I must say I am very disappointed with the service as well as treatments they haven't a clue about massage or clients comfort waste of money and time

I had a very enjoyable and relaxing time at Imagine Spa, i bought a deal on groupon for spa access only I was able to use the gym facilities, sauna , steam room and the pool. We was told when we arrived that we would recieve a complimentary drink in the relax room however we was unable to locate this room and recieve our drink therefore I think signs should be shown or a tour beforehand so people know where everything is, other than that I had a pleasant time and will definitely come back.

Had a fabulous time as a group of three, treatments were fab and it had lovely facilities. I was 30 weeks pregnant at the time but the hydro pool and mineral room meant I could still enjoy it (usually if there is only a sauna and a jacuzzi I would have to miss out).
The only thing stopping me from awarding 5 stars is that the treatment and waiting areas could have done with a hoover!
