Excellent little Italian restaurant. Good service, english style, almost posh, in an old little English house. Good food, "home cooked style", meat done exactly right, soup a wonder, truly Italian flavours (as one myself, i can tell). The most impressive dish was the humble salad : fresh and tasty, with all sort of fresh greens. Literally the best side salad i have ever had in a restaurant. A lovely place, highly recommended.

By far the best lobster Thermidor I've had in a restaurant. The secret is in the freshness and the sauce. The lobsters are cooked from completely fresh and not frozen, and the sauce is perfect! Very well done as this is one of my favourite dishes that I make myself so I am not easy to pleased! I will be back!!

Why ok? Food was not bad- fish nice. But oh dear!!! Service was so Basil Faulty- rude but not sure they realised it. Eg we weren't ready to order and the waitress told us to concentrate on the menu and not talk....and not in a humorous way. Very short with our Japanese guests who were struggling with the menu. If not for their innate politeness us European members of the party would have seriously considered walking out. A shame as food ok.
