Click and collect chaos - pre-ordered online, booked a slot and was made to wait 1.5 hours for our pre-ordered package. They need to employ more staff… maybe we need to accept that reversing Brexit is the only way out of this chaos.
As always a great experience. It was actually really nice to come across quite a few Swedish assistants on the say we were there. Congratulations on your training IKEA. The staff were very helpful and, for whose first language is not English, bravo. Thoroughly enjoyed my day out with my daughter. Bought loads of lovely items too.
Absolutely abysmal, likely unsafe as there were workman with power tools and cables draped all over. Major refit was going on and there were kids running about between ladders etc. Only 2 staff on and it was chaos - really long queue... AND had to pay £5 just to collect my order??? This doesn't happen at the Sheffield store!!!
Ordered online payment taken from bank arrived at store for pick up they had a issue with my order ended up leaving what a total waste of time
Extremely friendly staff on Friday morning when I visited early to click and collect.
Ordered to click and collect. Sat in the car waiting as per instructions. ¾ hour later went inside to see what was happening only to be told I should have gone straight in. Got collection instruction 1 hour after we had left. Shambles.
Ikeas external warehouse is a shambles. The estimated time dropped down to zero for my order, then stayed "in prep." For 45 minutes. The customer rep at the counter was no help. Its always this ikea in Birstall. The one in Manchester is a lot quicker.
Gets boring walking miles.
Quick and easy collection. Friendly staff
Very good for buy everything for your home. Love it.
