We contacted several Removal companies when planning for the sale of our house. Very early in the process it became clear that Heaps Removals and storage were ‘very good at what they did’ and we are so pleased that we chose them to provide us with their removals and storage service. Mark visited us initially for a ‘face to face consultation and, whilst at our home, he shared tips and advice that proved invaluable in the build up to the ‘big day. As and when we needed help and support Bridget and Kath were invaluable and always polite and cheerful. On the day, TEAM Heaps arrived at quoted at 8am and were superbly organised, polite and ‘COVID 19 aware’. Carpets and door frames were protected and, 6 hours later, the crates were packed and off to storage. Thank you Heaps - you were definitely the right choice and we look forward to your services again in January when we move into our new home . Trevor & Mandy Davis, East Bierley.
We moved house a little over a week ago. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. They were fantastic. It was a very very long stressful day. They remained upbeat and jovial all day. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they even helped our vendor's removal company to load their vans. Absolutely fabulous. The office staff, namely Kath was a joy to talk to. Thank you so much to the whole team for a memorable moving day!
