A really friendly little gym, with helpful staff and a good collection of equipment. It is miles apart from the big shiny chain gyms, in that it isn't full of mirrors and poseurs, which some people can find intimidating. Also very competitively-priced. Mered, the guy who runs the place, is a nice bloke as well.

Local gym. Good classes. Not a fancy as some of the bigger gyms, but friendly. Good for people of all shapes and sizes.

A really friendly gym. Would throughly recommend this for anyone living in or near Canton.

Great local gym ran by very friendly and welcoming owner and staff/personal trainers  - with a real community spirit with it. Great facilities with free weights, cardio room, studio loft space, Zumba (and many more classes free to members). Not a super-polished identikit gym - but one with personality and depth. It really is the most friendly gym in cardiff.
