To the client who was not happy with her hair colour.
We are so sorry you were not happy with your experience at Charleez.
However you had the cut colour and foils which cost £73, it was explained to you on consultation that because you had home coloured your hair dark it may take more than one attempts to get the lighter shade that was required. So in summary we are sorry that you didn't get the colour results you desired but it was explained to you.

Good place to have your hair cut quickly and nicely. Been going for years and have had no issues. Staff are lovely to talk to.
