Extremely Rude driver. I tried to order a taxi for my husband on the Boxing Day as our car broke. He picked up a phone while talking to someone else. Then told me off for talking to him. When I asked what would be the prixe, he said its doubled. When I asked what is the regular price, he wouldn't say. Unbelieve, and so disrespectful.
Called up to confirm where the taxi was arriving as I couldn’t see it. Employee was incredibly rude. Calling customer a ‘liar’ for not being able to see the taxi. I asked for reg plate to make sure I was searching for the correct car, employee was rude and quite aggressive- refused to give number plate. Employee hung up on customer. Extremely poor customer service. Will NOT be using again.
I have used this firm for a number of years and have had excellent service every time. Friendly drivers, always on time and priced as well as any. Definitely recommended.
Needed urgent assistance with a hospital visit for my father they arranged a cab and my payment over the phone with no quibbles . They later telephoned me to advise how the trip went and that they waited for my father to visit my mum and would sort out payment when the office opened . Couldn’t ask for a better service especially as live remotely to parents . Highly Recommend this professional , caring , helpful service.
Rang for pick up outside a shop in high street / Driver Brian !! Pulled up he was very hostile and asked why? We hadn’t jumped in the taxi in front which was parked in taxi rank .. because thst taxi was not there when we booked Ideal His attitude stunk so we disembarked His response was to swear at us say have a good day & drive off Utterly y un proffesional thug nothing more nothing less
I called up on a Saturday night to enquire into a taxi, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and aggressive and should be sacked for her express lack of customer service. I was staying at an Air b&b in the area and the owner has promised to steer all customers she has from now on to other companies.
A taxi driver was rude and abrupt towards me,upsetting me. It's not the owners fault and I feel sorry for the owner because it doesn't reflect well upon their business. I rang the company up and the owner was lovely. They were calm,friendly,listened to me and reassured me,THAT IS what customer service is all about. It's a shame that the taxi driver wasn't thinking of the owners business when they were rude and abrupt towards me. 5 STARS for the owner,but 2 stars for the taxi driver whos attitude was unacceptable and no there was NO excuse for that kind of behaviour,ever. The customers PAY THEIR WAGES and they're lucky to have a job considering that a lot of people have been made redundant and may have lost their home because of covid. They should be doing there utmost to keep the company going,especially during these difficult and challenging times. If the same taxi driver comes again,I'll be turning them away and asking for another driver. Take a leaf out of the owners book. If it wasn't for the owner,I'd be giving the company 2 stars. Thank you for the owner.
Probably a decent firm but beware after hours. Google say they’re closed after 23:30 which will explain why you get charged around £4/mile after 11pm! Erratic driving, nearly overshot 3 or 4 bends on a country lane. Was worth the extortionate fee to thankfully arrive home safe!
