I have used Platinum cars for many years for both business and personal transfers. They have always provided an excellent service.  Their cars are all high quality luxury cars and the drivers are professional, courteous and safe.   I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Recently used this company for a return trip from Leeds, due to train strikes I looked into booking a private hire in which I came across Platinum Cars. This service from the initial booking to the day I travelled was superb and would recommend it to anyone for a stress-free journey. Thanks again really saved me when I thought I was stranded.

Had a driver booking confirmed to collect my wife-to-be on our wedding day. The booking had been confirmed for weeks.  I emailed 4 days before the wedding to check the details as I had not heard from them for a few weeks. I was told at this point that they have no cars available and they can’t help.  Absolutely shocking service. Once more, if I hadn’t have emailed I presume my wife-to-be would have just been waiting… and waiting. Would she have made it to our wedding at all?  Don’t use!!!

This company is the best for chauffeur services they use the best up to date cars eg BMW 7 series drivers are always on time i have used this company for over 20 years
